Easy Solution Lab built Roofing Framing Calculator as an ad-supported application. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to users.
By installing or using Roofing Framing Calculator, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION USERS PROVIDE
Roofing Framing Calculator allows users to enter and save information needed for roofing calculations, project planning, estimating, reporting, and job-site progress tracking.
Information users may choose to enter includes:
• Project names and descriptions
• Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses
• Job-site addresses
• Roof dimensions, measurements, pitches, and framing inputs
• Material quantities, prices, labor costs, taxes, markup, and estimates
• Project notes, attachments, and selected photos
• Cut and installation progress information
• Company or contractor name
• Company address, phone number, email address, website, and license number
• Company logo and signature images
• Report and quotation information
This information is entered voluntarily by the user and is primarily stored locally on the user’s device.
Roofing Framing Calculator does not require users to create an account, and Easy Solution Lab does not operate an online server that receives or stores users’ roofing projects, customer records, calculations, photos, or estimates.
2. PHOTOS, FILES, AND ATTACHMENTS
Users may choose photos, logos, signatures, backup files, or other documents through the Android system file picker.
The app only accesses files that the user specifically selects. It does not request broad access to all files, photos, contacts, microphone recordings, camera data, or precise device location.
Selected files may be used for:
• Project photos and attachments
• Build Mode progress photos
• Company logos and signatures
• PDF and CSV reports
• Project backup and restoration
• Sharing or exporting information at the user’s request
3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY FOR ADVERTISING
Roofing Framing Calculator uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process information including:
• Internet Protocol address, which may be used to estimate general location
• App launches, taps, ad views, video views, and other app interactions
• Device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID or App Set ID where available
• App and advertising performance information
• Diagnostic information such as loading time, crashes, hangs, and energy usage
• Information used to detect fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity
This information may be collected and shared by Google for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Easy Solution Lab does not directly control how Google retains or processes information collected through its advertising services.

4. ADVERTISING CONSENT AND PRIVACY OPTIONS
The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent where required by applicable privacy laws.
Depending on the user’s region, device settings, consent choices, and Google’s requirements, the app may display personalized, non-personalized, limited, or contextual advertisements.
Where available, users may review or change advertising privacy choices through the Privacy Options section inside the app.
Users may also manage or reset their Android Advertising ID and advertising preferences through their device or Google account settings.
5. INTERNET AND NETWORK ACCESS
The app uses internet and network-state access to:
• Load and display advertisements
• Request advertising consent information
• Load Google privacy messages
• Detect whether an internet connection is available
• Support advertising security and fraud prevention
Roof calculations and project information are not uploaded to Easy Solution Lab through these permissions.
6. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information entered into the app may be used to:
• Perform roof framing calculations
• Save and manage roofing projects
• Create customer estimates and quotations
• Calculate material and labor costs
• Generate cut lists and material takeoffs
• Display 2D and 3D-style roof visualizations
• Track job-site cutting and installation progress
• Generate PDF, CSV, image, and backup files
• Restore user-created project backups
• Remember app settings and preferences
• Respond to user support requests
• Display and manage advertisements
• Maintain security and prevent fraudulent advertising activity
7. SHARING OF INFORMATION
Easy Solution Lab does not sell users’ project information, customer information, measurements, estimates, photos, or company-profile information.
Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:
Google Advertising Services
Advertising-related information may be collected and processed by Google AdMob and its advertising partners as described in their respective privacy policies.
User-Directed Sharing
When a user exports or shares a PDF, CSV file, image, quotation, report, or backup file, the information is sent to the app, person, cloud-storage provider, or service selected by the user.
Easy Solution Lab does not control how third-party apps or services handle information after the user shares it.
Legal Requirements
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, government requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Easy Solution Lab, or others.
8. LOCAL STORAGE, BACKUP, AND RETENTION
Project data, calculations, settings, company details, notes, and related information are generally stored locally on the user’s device.
The information remains stored until the user:
• Deletes the relevant project or information
• Clears the app’s storage
• Uninstalls the app
• Replaces or restores the information using a backup
Depending on the user’s Android device, Google account, backup settings, and device-transfer settings, Android may include the app’s database and preferences in an automatic cloud backup or device-to-device transfer.
Users may also manually create portable backup files. Those files remain in the location selected by the user until the user deletes them.
PDF reports, CSV files, images, quotations, and other exported documents remain outside the app after export and must be deleted separately by the user.
Information collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google’s own policies and retention practices.
9. DATA SECURITY
Easy Solution Lab uses reasonable technical measures to protect information stored and processed by the app.
However, no electronic storage system, mobile device, internet transmission, advertising platform, or backup service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their devices, exported reports, customer information, backup files, and any files shared with third-party services.
10. USER CHOICES AND DATA DELETION
Users may manage or delete their locally stored information by:
• Deleting individual projects
• Removing photos, attachments, notes, or company-profile information
• Clearing the app’s data through Android settings
• Deleting exported files from the selected storage location
• Deleting manually created backup files
• Uninstalling the app
Uninstalling the app may not automatically delete files previously exported to external storage or data retained by Android backup services.
Users may manage advertising consent through the app’s Privacy Options section when available.

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Roofing Framing Calculator is intended for roofers, carpenters, contractors, builders, estimators, property owners, and other users involved in construction planning.
The app is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and Easy Solution Lab does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided information directly to Easy Solution Lab, they may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The app may use the following third-party services:

• Android backup and device-transfer services
• Android system file picker and sharing services
Third-party services process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
13. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Google and its advertising or technology partners may process advertising-related information on servers located in countries outside the user’s country of residence.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between countries. Google handles such information according to its own privacy policy and applicable legal requirements.
14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Easy Solution Lab may update this Privacy Policy when the app, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices change.
The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after an update means the user accepts the revised Privacy Policy.
